Anticipating Nashville

Greetings, all! We are looking forward to the Nashville Needlework show next weekend; as always, we plan to bring back a ton of things to tempt you!

We have a few new things in the shop, in case you're impatient: Here, a shop model of Abby Rose Designs' "Noble, Right and Pure."

We have a limited edition, adorable pin cushion from JABCO:

Complete with butterfly pin (but not the flag pin) and sheep thread winder.

One of GigiR's lovely new designs: Mary A. Bunce, 1846.

The newest Sampler and Antique Needlework Quarterly with the gorgeous cover sampler--lots of pink and flowers--just perfect for a dull time of year.

"Promise Me" from Lizzie Kate:

And here is a project being worked on last Stitch Night, by Minnie:

And this colorful needlepoint, stitched by Mary, framed by Mary's quilting and then finished in a pillow. We all wanted to carry this pillow home!

We'll have the Nashville goods in the shop next Stitch Night (3/6)--come stitch with us and peruse the racks!

We are open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the first Sunday of the month, from 12:30-4:30, EXCEPT for the month of March, when we are open every Sunday from 12:30 to 4:30. March is the Woodlawn Needlework Exhibition, and we are just down the street (Woodlawn is closed on Tuesdays, but we are open). For questions, or to order, please call us at 703-360-4600. Stitch Nights are the first and third Wednesday of the month, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Come join us!

Happy Stitching!
