Stitch Night, and What's New in the Shop

The first and third Wednesdays of the month are Stitch Night at In Stitches (join us!) and here are just a couple of projects (the photographer was stuffing her face with cakes and cookies, so there aren't more photos). This is March's ongoing project, "Family Treasures III" from Told in a Garden. This is a 1986 design.

And a close-up of March's beautiful stitching.

Kathleen is working on the Blackberry Lane Designs Snowman design from the JCS Christmas ornament issue, done on sparkly fabric.

New in the shop! Glenna snatched up a copy of "Tending the Tulips" from Notforgotten Farm. What a fun and interesting design! It's charted for DMC.

Primitive Betty's "Pure and Pleasant." You can't go wrong with primitive bunnies.

Jeannette Douglas has two new, tiny designs: "Three Bees" and

"One Bird." Adorable, and do-able in a short time! Bet you could do one in a day.

Shepherd's Bush has some new, very sweet designs which were ordered just today: "Sophie's Pincushion" kit.

"Family" kit.

We won't have these to stitch for tomorrow, but watch for the arrival of: "Mother's Hope" leaflet and

"Mother's Hope" button.

Happy Mother's Day to all you moms, and Happy Stitching to all!

If you have questions or would like to order, please call us at 703-360-4600. We are open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern) and the first Sunday of each month from 12:30 - 4:30.
